Everything is fine! All employees on every shift helped with minor issues. The hotel itself is good, I liked everything. Good sound insulation, you can't hear your neighbors. Cleaning every day, towels changed, shampoo added. Everything is fine
We entered as 4 people on December 27, 2025. We stayed for 9 nights. The friends at the reception are very attentive. The cleaning lady is number 10. Our rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast was good. The hotel is within walking distance to everywhere. On the way back, the hotel owner arranged a car for Trabzon airport at an affordable price... I would definitely recommend the family hotel.
